Welcome to the Königskinder!
The Königskinder group has been meeting since 1996, currently once a week from 7.30pm in the Weissenburg LGBTQIA+ community centre in Stuttgart.
Whether you’re a school or university student, an office or manual worker, an intern, or just a regular human being: You are always welcome here.
We are a motley crew of gay, bi, trans and queer young men who meet regularly every week. Every Wednesday evening we meet at the Weissenburg café, where we can chat in comfort, play pool, and make plans for the weekend. As well as the Wednesday meetings, we often organise group events, which are announced on Wednesdays and on our social media channels.

The group meets regularly and everyone is welcome, but there are no obligations: individual group members attend as often or as rarely as they want. The only restriction is that you must be no older than 27.
We offer:
- A youth group for people no older than 27
- Evening meets for all group members
- Regular group events
- A place to discuss problems relating to coming out, work, university or school
- Student-friendly prices at the Weissenburg café
- A safe space, but without the awkward feel of a self-help group
- Opportunities for everyone to get involved
Our group representatives Nils, Jethro, Marc and Qino will welcome you to the Königskinder group and show you how things work, what we currently have planned, and what the group and the Weissenburg centre can offer you.
The group representatives were once new to the group, just like you, and so we know how it feels. New representatives are chosen each year and are responsible for the day-to-day running of the group, planning events, sharing information, and working with other youth group leaders, e.g. to organise joint events or a youth presence at Pride. If you have ideas or suggestions of your own, the group reps are always very happy to hear them!
Since the start of 2018, the Königskinder group has been a member of the Baden-Württemberg regional LGBTQIA+ network, with full voting rights, which allows us to represent the opinions, concerns and needs of the group at the regional political level.
